NW Recruitment Services Ltd are proud to hold a Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA) license, a crucial accreditation for our work in sectors such as food production and packaging. The GLAA plays a vital role in safeguarding vulnerable workers and ensuring businesses across the UK fresh produce supply chain comply with legal employment standards.

Holding a GLAA licence demonstrates our firm commitment to combatting modern slavery in all its forms. Our operations are subject to regular inspections to ensure we meet strict licensing standards, including those related to health and safety, accommodation, pay, transport, and worker training. Additionally, the GLAA verifies our compliance with tax, National Insurance, and VAT obligations.

This licence enables NW Recruitment Services Ltd to legally and ethically supply temporary labour to regulated sectors. In line with GLAA requirements, we are dedicated to ensuring fair treatment of all agency workers — guaranteeing appropriate pay, benefits, and working conditions. All workers covered under GLAA regulations are employed on a PAYE basis, with holiday pay accrued and paid directly to the worker.

In 2025, NW Recruitment Services Ltd joined the East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce.
