Absolutely. We respect your privacy, especially if you are already employed while seeking new opportunities. We will never contact your current employer or request references without your permission.
Your hourly rate will vary depending on the specific client assignment. However, it will always meet or exceed the National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage applicable at the time of your assignment.
Your total earnings will be based on the number of hours worked, with deductions made at source for tax, National Insurance and Pension Auto-enrolment (unless opted out) in accordance with UK regulations.

You may need to complete a timesheet or use a clock-in system at the client’s workplace.
However, we do not require you to submit timesheets for wages — this is handled directly by the client.
All temporary workers are paid weekly, one week in arrears.

Our payroll company will contact you when you start work, they will provide you with logins to their online portal to access payslips. You will also receive a text message from them on Thursday with details of your wages.
Yes! All eligible workers are automatically enrolled in a workplace pension scheme, if you do not wish to contribute you can choose to opt-out. Your Factsheet will include details of the pension provider and how to contact them.
In the first instance, you should contact your nominated consultant. Their contact details can be found on the Factsheet issued to you when you start work.
When you start working with us, you’ll receive a Factsheet with details on how to report absences.
Depending on the client, you may need to call their absence line or contact your assigned consultant.
